You need the certificate when you change your name when contracting civil marriage (changed family name), in case of divorce, with court order, adoption, recognition, etc.

- Express Service: 24 hours or 2 days.

- Regular Service: 3.50 BGN.
- Rush Service: 5, 25 BGN.
- Express Service: 7,00 BGN.
